PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY
Change of mind.
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return it to Trade Winds Gear for an exchange of another product or refund of the product purchase price. Postage and any other costs are nor refundable, the return of the original product will be at YOUR expense and additional shipping and other costs will be incurred in sending the exchanged item. If you must return or exchange a product, please contact me immediately so that I am aware you intend to send the item back. I will make arrangements at that time for the return and also supply an alternative product of required.
Products will only be accepted for exchange or refund providing they are returned in their original state, unsoiled, unmarked and complete with all accompanying labels and are in fit condition for resale within 14 days of purchase (unless otherwise arranged previous to purchasing online), and accompanied by a receipt (copy is accepted) and a valid explanation as to why the goods are being returned.
Faulty or defective products.
For all faulty or defective products warranty issues will be decided by the owner of Trade Winds, Gear, Desmond Harris. (Bill).
Faulty or defective items returned will be inspected and the customer will be advised of the outcome.
